Australian Open Champion in Lubin

On Thursday, 30 January 2014, Łukasz Kubot held a press conference organised by KGHM in Lubin. During the press conference the tennis player talked about his victory at the Australian Open, his playing for the national team, about his family, about young hopefuls in the game of tennis, Cancan and about his future plans. He also thanked his fans for their support and congratulations.

- I wish to thank KGHM, a company which is with me for good times and bad. I am proud to be able to represent the company. It was very moving to be able to raise the victory cup with the KGHM logo on my shirt. It is for just such moments that a man works so hard – said Łukasz Kubot. – I have 2-3 years ahead of me playing in singles and doubles. I don't yet want to talk about a post-career life, because I don't want to jinx anything. I'm an ambassador for tennis and I want to share my knowledge with the younger generation. I hope to have a long-lasting relationship with KGHM.
