Information regarding the incident at the ZG Rudna mine

On the January 29th 2019 at 13.53 CET an incident of rock mass movement in the Rudna mine occurred in the G-2 section. The rock mass movement had an energy of 9.8 x 10⁸ J. The tremor occurred at a depth of 770 meters.

At the time of the incident there were 32 persons in the threatened region. On January 30th, at 14.25 CET the rescue team found the last missing miner, who had stayed in the mining machine during the action. His condition is being examined by doctors. 4 of the miners are in hospital.
