"The fact that a company from the KGHM Group has received this certificate is a special distinction. All the more so as last year's winner was the Polkowice-Sieroszowice mine department of KGHM. I am pleased that our work for employees is valued by the trade unions. Our successes are due, among others, to good management and partner relations with the crew", said Marcin Chludziński, President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Bernard Cichocki, President of KGHM ZANAM, added that one of the key objectives of the company in terms of human resources policy is to maintain partner relations between the employee and the employer. "Obtaining the certificate during the pandemic is of particular importance to us. We have managed to maintain the same number of employees during this difficult period. On top of this, we have increased wages thanks to the good financial situation. In the future, we plan to continue the pro-employee initiatives implemented so far," says Bernard Cichocki.
