Bernard Cichocki, President of KGHM ZANAM, added that one of the key objectives of the company in terms of human resources policy is to maintain partner relations between the employee and the employer. "Obtaining the certificate during the pandemic is of particular importance to us. We have managed to maintain the same number of employees during this difficult period. On top of this, we have increased wages thanks to the good financial situation. In the future, we plan to continue the pro-employee initiatives implemented so far," says Bernard Cichocki.
KGHM ZANAM is one of the largest Polish manufacturers of machines and devices for the mining sector. The Company also produces equipment used in cargo shipping systems, transportation units, and open pit mines. The company is also a producer of rock and iron castings.

The competition is organised by NSZZ "Solidarność" under the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland. The aim is to promote employers who excel in applying good practice in complying with labour law, in particular through stability of employment, compliance with health and safety rules and the right to organise trade unions.
The certificate can be used for a period of three years.
