KGHM with an award at the “Lower Silesian Griffin - Economic Award” ceremony

During the “Lower Silesian Griffin” ceremony held in Wrocław, KGHM received a special award for a partner of the Lower Silesian Economic Award.

The award, in the form of a special Griffin statuette - prepared by children from the Procura Foundation - was received by Mirosław Kidoń, KGHM’s vice president for foreign assets and acting vice president for development. The awards were presented to the regular partners on the occasion of the 20th anniversary edition of the Contest as an expression of appreciation from the organizer of the Western Chamber of Commerce - Employers and Entrepreneurs.

“Thank you so much! I am honored. Nineteen years of cooperation, and I promise there will be more,” said Mirosław Kidoń when receiving the award.

At the same time, at the same ceremony, Mirosław Kidoń had the honor of presenting an award in the “Green Transformation” category to Naturalna Energia.plus Sp. z o.o.

The “Lower Silesian Griffin - Economic Award” is a contest for businesses and local government units from Lower Silesia. The chapter of the award promotes and rewards the region’s most important economic achievements. It appreciates innovation and commitment to investment, and notes the activities for the benefit of the local community and the tangible benefits brought to the region by 300,000 Lower Silesian businesses.
