The Randstad Award is the largest international research project concerning the image of employers. Opinions of over 160 thousand people are collected in the survey held in 18 countries all over the world. In Poland the best were selected with votes of over 7 thousand respondents – potential employees who were assessing the weight of various aspects of employment. KGHM was this year’s winner in Poland.
Additionally, it is worth noting that the company also scored high in the other criteria identified by the respondents, such as: a friendly atmosphere at work and the attractive nature of the work itself.
Polska Miedź beat off companies as Toyota Motor Manufacturing Polska, Volkswagen Poznań, and TVN. The study was carried out in October and November last year. The project covered 150 of the largest companies. The study was carried out using on line questionnaires by the international research institute ICMA.
