We care about foreign relations and the future of Polish Copper - meeting with business partners from China

The future is made of copper - in accordance with the motto of the 60th anniversary of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., the Company takes care of its relations with the strategic buyers of its flagship product. The management board of the copper giant, during an online meeting with its partners from China, China Minmetals Corporation, summarised many years of cooperation and discussed plans for the future.

With this, business meetings resumed after a pause due to the pandemic. The online conference with partners from China is one of the priorities in maintaining relations with KGHM's largest contractors. During the meeting, the management boards of KGHM Polska Miedź and China Minmetals declared the continuation of the strategic commercial partnership for the coming years.

The cooperation between KGHM and China Minmetals Corporation has lasted for 24 years. The contacts were initiated in 1996 and after a few months resulted in a long-term contract for the sale of red metal.
