In addition, from 1 May 2025, 20% of the workforce will receive increases in their base pay scales. The rules for the upgrade will be agreed between the individual employers and the company trade unions.
On the basis of the production and financial results for the first half of this year, the parties will analyse the level of remuneration in the Company from the point of view of achieving the demand for at least an 8% increase in average total wages in 2025 compared to the previous year.
