The main aim of the ranking of the Office of Technical Inspection under the slogan "Leader of Technical Safety" is to popularise the activity for the safety of technical equipment.

The competition honours companies and institutions that show particular care for the safety of equipment operation, the environment and human safety, in the area related to technical equipment and systems.

The ranking aims to honour the day-to-day efforts of institutions and companies which, on a national scale, have the highest level of technical safety and set an example for others to follow.

In total, more than 140 companies and institutions have joined and been registered for the ranking. KGHM turned out to be the best in the "Operating technical equipment" category. The remaining 4 awarded companies include IKEA Industry Poland Sp. z o.o. Branch in Orla, FERRERO Polska Sp. z o.o., CMC Poland Sp. z o.o. and Żywiec S. A. Group. - the Archduke Brewery in Żywiec.

The gala of awarding the titles of the Leader of Technical Security took place on 29 May this year. Vice-President for production, Radosław Stach received the award on behalf of KGHM. "We constantly strive to maintain the highest level of safety in the technological process, not forgetting the human factor. Safety in every sense of the word is a priority for us, included among others in the adopted Strategy of KGHM for the years 2019-2023 and in the Golden Rules of OHS. We would not have been able to obtain this title if it had not been for the contribution of the workers, who comply with these and other regulations. Here they all deserve thanks," said the Vice-President.
